My buck from Georgia this year. Muzzleloader 8pt. 19" wide, 185 lbs

After a looong hunting career of being "old buckless", I took a trip to TX to visit a friend. I took the smaller 8 pt on 8-22-14 and the larger on 8-23-14. Hunted nearly 12 days. Had 2 very lucky very fulfilling 2 days in a row. Not only was my first and second buck taken, but also my first and second archery kill ever! Picked up a new bow 2 months before the trip and practiced my ass off! Spread on the second is 16 1/4"
