The first of the year for us. Beautifull weather for the 2nd of january but the fishing was slow. We saw a lot of people out today and didnt see anyone else with a fish. This baby had some shoulders!

Got to love the tail drop on that one Mike!!! Plugs or bobber? Had an invite to plug a southern river but spent the day car shopping for the sons first wheels. It was a fantastic day for January and I sure wish I could of been doing what you were!!! Riverman

Riverman: It was a plug fish, We talked to several spawn fisherman that hadnt done any thing. Going two for four we felt pretty good. The fish in the picture went back under the wood and was so solid my son was sure it was wrapped up. The nice weather and no ice has the river full of people and the fish are thinng out.
