Just 3 for us, 14lber, 12lber, and the 12" coho. Coho came on wire diver and meat rig back I think 200. One king came on 350 Weighted steel with moonshine pickleseed, and other king came on wire diver back 180 with pink dot paddle and Mr derks chrome bro fly. 150 fow if I remember right. Temp was all over the place but generally 90ft down, sometimes 100 or 110. Was fun coming back in with 4 footers in the mix.

2 - 4 on dink Kings tonight. Lost a fish on a silver Jplug on a 500 copper. Same copper break with a nice fish on it with 100 ft left. Silver Jplug. End of night pulled lines and had a fish eye ball attached to line. Never had that happened.

Also as we were pulling lines in the dark, I almost got ran over by a sail boat. His mast light was super low so I thought it was a big boat but he wasn’t yielding. So I started to get out of his way and barely could see he had his sail up.

rough night for me. Current was all over the place and nothing was consistent. Fish hawk didn’t come through for me tonight. Suppose to run a trip in Am but not looking possible. Sick of this wind.

Yeah, so much for 3 weather apps. Felt like riding Moguls down Mount Everest coming in. Sorry there Someone11. I don’t think you got as wet as me, if that is any consolation.

Didn’t place in the money. Went 2 for 6 hits. Way too rough. Started out great, then the wind picked up and it was mahem.

Anyway, meat rigs worked on 3 hits, spoons on another 3 hits. 55° was at 100’ down. Low rigger and low divers were busy, so fishing down around 48° water was more productive in 140 FoW.

Great turnout. 20 boat, 66 fisherman.

Payouts were $528, $316, and $211 with big fish at $380. 50/50 was $125 if I remember correctly.

Great night, but will cancel it early if the winds are predicted in the high single digits again.

Did you guys get your hits on a north or south troll? Or did it not matter? All of ours were on a north troll...going with the waves. I've noticed over the years that my boat always does better when trolling with the waves vs against when it's that rough out.

Same here! Every once in awhile I'll get one trolling against the waves (rough out) and I'm like "Unicorn!" LOL!

The Harbor Springs bouy is showing 67 degrees 102 feet down, is that right? Can anyone comment on where the break has been?

We ended up 3-5. One 18 lb king, one 3 lber and a Cisco. Big king came on a high diver out 275 with a kevins gf spin doctor. Cisco came on a 300 copper with a mag raspberry carbon. Small king came a oki paddle/musselhead meat rig out 250 on a low diver. Started out in 210 fow and slid into 125 fow.

With the wind. Never against it. We pick up lines and run back uphill unless it is super calm.

Yeah we contemplated doing that, but it wouldn't have left us much time to make another pass

Just a tip on those Bigfoots. This was from Scott at DW, not me... Remove the shorter front fin and they run a lot better.

I only run the lite bites. I found if you the normal slide divers with the mag ring on a mono bumper, the mono will groove the ring and get chewed up as well. And the arm on the lite bites keeps the line up and away from the rings. Just have to run the arm in the tight side to keep it from popping.

Should mention, this is only my experience and not sure anyone else has had the same thing happen.
