Yeah, appreciate your blow by blow reports. Rooting for ya.
Looks like the fishing has really picked up out of frankfort. Of course the only two days I can fish this week it's supposed to be super windy lol

Hmmmm!
Hey Guys,
fishing was ok this morning.Struggled to keep the boat straight in the heavy fog. Friends didn’t understand running parrellel to the shore on the GPS and not sure if my Minn Kota was being effected by the heavy fog or not. Took fish. On a slider that was probably around 45. A 500 copper took a fish on wonderbread. Landed two other fish that came with a giant tangle of dipseys and downriggers and lead core. It was not fun. Sounds like the best fishing was while I was untangling messes. Sun came up and seemed to have shut right down. Ended up 4 for 5. Lots of nice 2 year olds with some 3 and 4’s. Biggest fish this week was 17 lbs.

Was eyeballing the same forecast. Got plans to be in Frankfort for the first time tomorrow night.
Well, donated a cannonball, release and one month old probe to the lake to start the night.

Oh, that sucks! So sorry to hear that man! Heart breaker! Hope you pound some fish!
Appreciate it. And it is what it is. Just gotta roll with the punches. Thankfully still have more than enough gear to run a 9 rod spread

I forgot his name, but the service guy at fish hawk is a super nice guy. Tell him what happened and he'll give you a break on a replacement probe. He helped me out last fall!
Thinking of heading over that way the second week of July and again last week of August trying to justify the price of a Fishhawk just do like 4 trips a year 900. It’s a tuff pill

1 in the boat (5lber). I’d run sliders, but I have a big paddle on both riggers. If I was running a spoon on the mainline, I’d do it.
