Northern MI waterfront wanted

I'm looking for a cabin or lot on a lake or river in northern lower MI. Anything north of 46 and west of 75 is a possibility. The cheaper the better- cash.

I have 3 acres with 288 of frontage for sale in Antrim county on the chain of lakes in Ellsworth. Do to health reasons I am willing to sell for what I have into it. It does have a small building on it which is in real poor condition, I do have health department approval for septic.
