This 1/4 acre winter wheat plot was planted in an area that is too remote to get any equipment into. The only tools we used were a 4 gallon backpack sprayer and an earthway spreader. Was sprayed once in June, again in August, and broadcast with about 40lbs WW and a bag of 13-13-13 on Sept. 6. I'm pretty happy with the results.

A couple days after seeding

The trashier looking areas of dead grass are the spots I missed spraying in June, but the wheat is coming up within it. It is seeing a little bit of browsing but not being hit hard yet, I plan to frost seed clover into it in the spring.

Looks great Gunfun! That is a great plot for no tilling! Looks like you are all lined up for this fall! For having a "13" in your name, you sure seem like you have luck and hard work on your side.
