Thanks guys!
It'll cost me though. I already have a 4 year old grandson, and a two year old granddaughter, and there's another grand-daughter on the way!
I think lately I've been buying more outdoor gear for them than me! The 4 year old has a 20 ga. pump, 20 ga. slugger, 410 pump, more than a few rods and tackle, a pellt gun, and compound bow from yours truely! I figure if I get him stuff like that on B-day and Christmas, he will have what he needs when he is old enough. I had to scrounge when I was young. I let everyone else buy him the kiddy stuff.
Maybe this will help promote their love for the outdoor sports.

Cool idea. When my nephew was young, all I ever bought for him was tools. By the time he was 12, he had everything he needed to fix cars, stuff around the house and a pretty good woodworking selection. His father can't turn a screw but he has grown up to be quite the handyman. He is now in his 30's with 2 kids and thanks me often for giving him those gifts. Good job Gramps!
