I'm looking to upgrade my sights on my bow. I need a sight that is simple, yet gives me better low light shooting. I've looked at some of the Vital Bow Gear sights along with Cobra and Trophy Ridge. Any feedback or suggestions from some of you would be great.

Once again thanks for the feedback.

Nevermind everyone I just read a thread that has a ton of great information. I'm going to check into the Spot Hogg and VBG sights.

Go to kent arms and talk w/ Vince Shultes. He's the shop pro there and will give you some excellent advice. Plus a larg selection of different brands. Priced very well compaired to Gander. And knows what hes talking about. Plus you can try one on there range to help find the one you like. Has low end sights to high end and between. Good luck !!! There located on Chicago Dr. just west of Burlingame.

I would have suggested the VBG three pin trapper.

Yes, Vinnie well set you up right. Kent Arms is really a best kept secret to most. More people should know about it.

I wish I had access up here in da UP to look at that Vital sight. I like the single pin. I'm giving the HHA a try for this coming season, I really liked their slider as well.

I would have to agree with them that going to Kent Arms is a great choice. What I like is that Vince will tell what he thinks versus what he thinks you want to hear. When I first moved to Grand Rapids area I went to all of the different shops around town inquiring about spot leagues. I took my bow with me to each shop telling them that I planned on using it(a 1990 Bear pro specialist). Ultimatly I was planning on buying a new bow and accessories but didn't tell any of the shops that. Vince was the only one that didn't try selling me a new bow, and for that he has gained my respect and business (which I totaled up how much I have spent in the past couple of months and it is very scary)
which reminds me, I need a new rest.

I have the HHA-5000 optimizer on my bow and love it. I have never had a brighter site and the dimming feature is great for real sunny days.:)
