I would appreciate the name of a deer processor in the Ann Arbor, Saline, Dexter area. I want to have the entire doe I got tonight made into I talian sausage. Why? My wife loves it. I like it too. Last year we had it with our eggs.

Beef Barn in Jackson, real near the highway.
Sausage Hause in Stockbridge.

Thanks for the advice. This site is great. I got great advice on buying my slug gun. Yea, the tenderloins won't get "sausagized."

All of my deer go to JCM.They are the best that i've tried. They make many different types of meat flavors. Also try the roll sausage with hot pepper cheese its awesome.Its about 35 minute ride from saline just a few miles past us127.
