I shot this 9pt on Saturday afternoon. He was traveling through the woods on his way to my food plots (Corn, Soybeans, & BFO). With all of this snow on the ground, the deer activity has been very good lately. I have had 7 different bucks on the deercam in the last week. The buck was 65 yards moving slowly through the woods. He has a 16in. outside spread with 4" brow tines and 8" G2's & G3's. This is the one I've been waiting for.
I'm glad that all of my property management work is beginning to pay dividends.

Nice buck & good job sticking with it. It's proof that it's more about will and desire at this point than anything else. I'm still waiting to get my 1st with a ML, but since I filled 2 tags this year, I guess I don't want it bad enough!

NicksKnack,
I shot him at 5:00pm on Saturday.

Iceman,
BFO is Buck Forage Oats. I have approx 1.5ac of BFO I planted September 10th. The deer pounded them hard throughout bow season and are now digging in the snow to find any remaining forage.
