Hello all,

Headed to muskallonge lake beginning of August, can't seem to find any topo maps, or fishing guidance, can anyone give me some tips on where to chase the walleye?

Go talk to owner of Deer Park store - he'll get you pointed in right direction. There are some holes across from state park that, if you can stay in them, will offer some awesome smallies. We did not however get into any walleye. Good luck and make sure you go to beach across the road on lk Superior - beautiful.

never caught a walleye there but there is a no size/ take limit on pike. They were a blast to catch in the evenings on top water baits. Lots of double headers. Best place for pike is right out across the lake from the state campground beach. Look for long, stringy weeds in deeper water.
