They work great on bob cats. I havent had much luck with them on coyotes. Usually the yotes will just come bounding in and the cats will hang back . If they see movement than motion helps in bringing them in closer.I had an older one that took a dump on me. I have a friend that bought a newer one and it was much faster than mine. he also has the wood pecker and that one makes alot of movement that can be seen real good in thick cover.
I just bought a jack atack and i am not so sure it was worth the 100 bucks. I think for 35 -40 bucks the mojo is all a guy needs. i wish the store that i got my jack attack from had the mojos in stock when i was there that is what i really wanted.
