My prayers go out to all involved and their families. Not sounding good at this point, let's pray for a miracle at this point.

BAY CITY, MI — Three of the four boaters who went missing last night have been found, according to family members.

Two adults and two children went out on an 18-foot fishing boat Monday evening from Au Gres. When they didn't return, the U.S. Coast Guard began conducting a search.

A 12-year-old boy was one of the passengers in the boat. He, a friend and his friend's father were found holding on to the capsized boat, according to the boy's mother and step-father.

The boy's father swam to shore early Tuesday morning with a life jacket on. He has not been found, according to the boy's family.

update The boy's father swam to shore early Tuesday morning with a life jacket on. He was located just before 9 a.m., shortly after officials found the three others.

Boats, helicopters and air planes were used during the search.

Coast Guard officials have not released further details regarding the search.

They have all been found. Boat was found capsized just north of the Pinconning bar. Found three out of the four as mentioned above. They ended up finding the other guy 14 miles south of the Pinconning bar, he swam a long damn ways! Thank god that water is as warm as it is now, that's the only thing that saved them.

Very true!

They're cheap enough now they should be mandatory on the big water.

That said, I'm going to go buy one now. (Been on the list too long)

Could have been any of us out there! Glad everyone made it home.
