Not if it is capable of holding more than 10 rounds in any way…… “except for an attached tubular device designed to accept, and capable of operating only with, .22 caliber rimfire ammunition.”

It doesn't matter anyway. This bill will never make it out of the Judiciary Committee.
It's just a ploy by the Democrats for the mid-terms. See, we tried to do something and the Republicans don't care about the children.

I pick what emails they send me. I sure get a lot of mail from them though. Its a small price to pay for them to fight for our gun rights. I started doing the "Round Up" donation to the NRA when I buy from Midway USA too.

They are relentless, which is good I suppose. I became a lifer last year when they had a special going, to my surprise they have multiple levels of life membership!
