Everyone is always talking about fishing the Basin at Metro, where is this basin? Is it the are by the boat docks?

Actually that whole back bay area is called the basin. I live very close but don't do a lot of ice fishing. When I have tried, I've done best in the NE corner which is also the longest walk from the park. I'm sure that changes though.
