Anyone know of a meat processor around Manistique or Rapid River ?If lucky ,i would like to get the bear froze and wraped before coming back to southern Michigan.

Call or lookup Steve Soderman of Soderman Meats.. He is over by the golf course between Rapid River and Gladstone. He does excellent work and flash freezes the meat. He also makes a great sugar cured bear ham.......it's like candy!

Here is a link to a very good processor. He is quite a ways from Manistique but I am sure he can give you the info you are looking for if you want to contact him. I have used Dave many times and he is always willing to help.

hunterhawk, if u look at this thread before u leave u might want this info too. sorry rooster but i dont know anyone up that way.
