On my MDNR online registration is both my MDL, and the Sports Card ID I purchased back in 2018. Only reason I purchased the Sports Card was to write it on my public land tree stand instead of listing my MDL. Its my understanding the Sports Card carrys over each year so it's not necessary to buy again. But I didn't keep my 2018 proof of purchase, and the 2021 license I purchased lists only my MDL#

Is my tree stand legal if I'm confronted by an officer on public land and don't have record that I purchased the Sports Card # written on my stand?
