Depends which way you are driving.
Sometimes one rear can be switched to avoid a "hopping" on hard surfaces in top gear too.

OK. I did not know that. I have an old CASE 380CK and my tires are the opposite way. But I just use it on the property with chains on the tires.

If tread cleats can be considered as resembling arrow points, points normally are installed forward.
Anything is possible depending who mounts them though.
Picture shows the more common "arrow" forward mount.

I googled Case 380CK.
A friend dealed his Massey away and the guy rebuilt it.
Still needs axles pulled and new seals installed to quit wetting brakes.
That helps me leave it alone... that and being able to borrow a tractor .
Huntmich has an interesting specimen. Probably a good thing it's not located close to me.
around 45 H.P. and a continental engine. Built in the mid to late sixties maybe. Sweet.
Dad worked at Continental when they built tank engines in Muskegon..Wonder if they built tractor engines there too?
I like most older tractors. J.D.'s don't need the clutch modified for me to use, but that does not stop the appeal of others.
Tractor is still available. Didn't push to hard, had to use it a little this winter
