Wind kept us off the lake last night. Went 3/5 this morning and 3/6 this evening. Storm chased off early. They were snapping pretty good though tonight. Break is about 90 down. White Hooch paddle and riverside flys were working. Caught 2 nice fish this evening on a moo moo meat rig. 160 out on low wire dipsey. Hopefully we can get out in the morning. Not looking too promising though.

Did you go for walleye in the river or manistee lake?

Pretty sure the "walleye shuffle" is a trolling technique to make it easier trolling during a lumpy day, hence "Run through our spot pickup, run back up hill and reset". Sure Bucky will enlighten us...............
