Are there plans to lower other SE MI lakes? Don't they drop many of them every fall? Does anyone know when - or if the dates are posted somewhere?

Normally the resevoirs won't get lowered until there is a good chance at ice. I've been out on the water around thanksgiving and the water is still up

Wolverine Lake is being lowered this month. Their city web site lists the dates. Contact the office at Kensington Metro park for Kent Lake lowering info or the Metro Parks web site (also Stoney Creek).

drove by Kent 10-7-13 and fished it and it is not lowered yet will drive by to day to see if they lowered it i will keep you posted... tis the season thought for the lake lowering... to prepare for ice....

as of 10-9-13 there has been no change of the water levels the docks are still in...

was out fishing for about 2 hours and got 1 gill over 8 inches and a ton of smaller ones about 3-4 inches also got bit off by a pike wile out there .


any ways just letting you know right now they have not pulled the docks so the water is still high enough to get a boat out at kent lake in the metro park!
