it's 70ac mostly hardwoods with some mixed cedars and pine..It's bordered on the east by a river and the west is hay field, there are also crop fields[corn and beans] within .5 mile and this is one of the biggest blocks of timber in the area.. Looks good on paper gonna run up and look at it in a week or so, not leased this year which is great..
