What I normally do if I am thinking about purchasing a new or used gun, I go on YouTube and watch reviews from several different people who shoot for a living. My next step is to get that gun in my hands and see how it feels that's very important. Good luck hope this helps you.
I shot one once. Want impressed. Trigger sucked in both DA and SA. But the gun was brand new. It may have smoothed out after a lot of use. S&W made guns seem to all do that.
22 pistols are fun to shoot....were cheap to shoot not so much now....
If your thinking of carrying for self defense not a very good idea....even tho the 22 lr is a deadly cartridge and is near the top of the amount of people killed every year with one....it tends to jam more pistols than any other cartridge.... can be picky with brands now there's none available to test function.....
If your looking to carry a "mouse gun" 25 ACP is better and the larger the caliber the better....
Want to be like 007 380 is a better choice....
Also the sights are to low for use with a suppresser...sort of point and pray....
