How much are you looking to buy/spend? Land north of town is getting pretty expensive and some of the lots in the newer developments in town are going for 40K+/ lot. (1/4-1/2 acre) South of town is a little cheaper but some areas have bad water. I'm born/raised here so if you have any questions let me know.
