Nothing with exact measurements, but here we go.

Cooked Red Skins, quartered.
Miracle Whip, good amount to cover well
Celery Seed
pepper
chopped onion
chopped celery
1/2# cooked crisp and chopped bacon
4-5 tblsp Horsradish sauce.

Mix everything but the taters well in a bowl and then fold in the taters and let cool.

I tried one very close to this last week and it was missing something,.... Horseradish! Thats what was missing...I'll try that.

Not an entire recipe but try using Marzzetis Original Slaw Dressing and I always dress the potatoes while they are still warm. It allows the potatoes to absorb the dressing better. Marzzetis is also great on a chicken pasta salad.
