Just depends on the logs you'll split. A 22-27 ton will split almost any log but will struggle and more than likely not last if you run it too hard. I'd go the bigger one if all your logs are monsters. I purchase Champion products. They've never let me down. County line is a good one from people I know have them.Looking at buying a log splitter not sure if I a 25ton is plenty or should I get The 40ton. Most likely going with county line through tractor supply. any input is appreciated
Your the exception rather than the rule on oil changing annually. Most don't. Expect longevity with yours with a good maintenance regiment. You'll have it foreverI've had a 22 ton from TSC for 12 years, it's done me well. Change oil yearly. Stand it upright and sit on a round with a foam pad.
