limited zone compliant rifle?

I have a .54cal sharps reproduction breach loading rifle. It takes a paper cartridge and is externally primed. Under Muzzleloading rules it was not legal because it loaded through the breach. But as I understand the limited zone rules it should be compliant due to there being no true casing.

I don't have any of the things listed here.

  • Physical Limitations:
    The disability must be permanent and prevent the individual from walking, such as paraplegia, amputation, or other conditions causing permanent mobility impairment.

  • Verification:
    A physician, licensed physical therapist, or occupational therapist must certify the disability.

  • Physician's Certification:
    The physician or therapist must certify that the applicant is unable to step from a vehicle without assistance or is unable to walk any distance due to a permanent lung, heart, or other internal disease requiring supplemental oxygen.

Gotta get the right doctor;).... Both, 2 that I actually know and grew up with were there last year.
One guy had a stroke. He's still "fine" ask me. Owns a plumbing business.
Other has MS. Just recently diagnosed.

Ok, off topic. Sorry gents just trying to help out Southeast make a great hunt!!! And pretty much a "give me" deer...
