- Physical Limitations:
The disability must be permanent and prevent the individual from walking, such as paraplegia, amputation, or other conditions causing permanent mobility impairment.
- Verification:
A physician, licensed physical therapist, or occupational therapist must certify the disability.
- Physician's Certification:
The physician or therapist must certify that the applicant is unable to step from a vehicle without assistance or is unable to walk any distance due to a permanent lung, heart, or other internal disease requiring supplemental oxygen.

.... Both, 2 that I actually know and grew up with were there last year.
One guy had a stroke. He's still "fine" ask me. Owns a plumbing business.
Other has MS. Just recently diagnosed.
