Lighthouse Park at Huron City was dredged last week and has at least 2.5 feet of water all the way out, no buoys though. Pt. Hope also was dredged and has 2.5-3 feet of water but no buoys.

Fishing for Lakers has been excellent near both spots, 100-130 feet, most on or near bottom on spoons and dodger/flies or spin-n-glows. Very few kings but 1-3 steelhead on 2-3 colors of leadcore or shallow dipsys. Small humpies seem to be disappearing.

Bass fishing is great, not many guys trying for walleye but heard of some decent catches at Oak Pt.

Good Fishing

I don't think you would have a problem. Keep lower unit up some on the way out.

I wouldn't go if the wind was strong onshore, try Port Austin instead.

One Grindstone Charter had 15 lakers and 2 steel yesterday in front of Lighthouse Park.
