I'm up before I should be (as usual) and by the looks from our weather lady, we are fogged in. So between that and I hate making noise when I go afield I'm going to wait and hunt this afternoon. Good luck to those that make it out.

I hate it especially when it’s the tree I’m in, lol
Throw a blue jay in the mix and i typically pack up and head back to the bar.

I’ve been in for about an hour and deer are on their feet, 2.5yo 8pt and some does out feeding already. I’ve got high hopes for tonight if I can keep some of these old does from getting my wind.

Blue jays are typically a sign that a big buck is coming, at least, that's what I learned on here over the years. Blue jay arrives stay put.

I'm in.
Deer half mile away feeding in cut soybean field.

I signaled neighbor nearest house to be quiet.
Hear usual tools and stereo.
We'll see if he can refrain from usual screaming of profanities...

Headed back out right now after a short break. Hoping for a repeat of this morning except trade the spike for something larger haha

They've made me aware of deer approaching on many occasions. Seems like I always see deer after chickadees too.

Doing the natural ground and pound thing tonight. I'm in the ne corner of my woods in a ol brush blind I haven't sat in many a year. Hoping for THE STUD to make a appearance to check out all the females that head this way at night to eat in the neighbors standing corn field. Good luck gang.

Another doe and fawn showed up with a spike trailing. Everything scattered. They are currently filtering back into the rye plot. Snow is somewhat tapering off now too.

In a blind with my wife. The big one here showed up a 1/4 mile away this morning at 6 am. It's a long shot but he could come by.

What a beautiful afternoon. 33 degrees Little sunshine. Sitting on the banks of the big cedar river here in Menominee county. First sit here this year. Have to remember I’m on the ground and not 12 feet in the air here. Move slowly. Good luck everyone and be safe.

Got ready to hit the stand - pinned in my DR by the 4 dnf at the bottom of my hill.

Hoping the big boy beating up my cedars is close behind.
