Late goose season prospects slimmer than in recent years

Michigan waterfowl hunters have a last chance at their sport beginning next Saturday as the late goose season opens for 30 days in much of southern Michigan.
As has been the case for the last three seasons, ducks are fair game during the opening weekend, too.

Should be a good late season barring any major snow storms
