Lake Lansing isnt any more polluted than any other lake around here. The land around it is heavily developed so of course it gets its fair share of Nitrogen and Phosphorous inputs and it has the distinction of having a sedimentation problem (it fills in relatively fast). Its not like it has an auto plant dumping industrial waste into it or anything.
