Nothing broke above liberty at all. Bring high rubber boots, water was almost a foot deep at shore coming off tonight from what i was told.

Or, they could wait until shipping traffic is done for the winter, to do work on the bridges. Ice-fishermen should be extremely careful on the ice. Smart ice-fishermen always are.

Yeah that’s a great idea. Have to stop work so they can break down and move the barge every time a large boat has to move through. There is a reason they are doing this work in the winter.

Shipping traffic is done, usually jan.1 outside an odd boat that might be behind schedule. It's not a big deal as long as people know.
Should be illegal to break ice. Unsafe for fisherman.

Once it freezes, stay TF away and let us have our seemingly too short of a season. Assholes.
There's no way any huge project like a bridge repair/build will care about us unfortunately.....But they only have maybe 1/10th if that of the lower river messed up. Won't effect the bay which by the looks of future forcast should get us out to Bouy1 by Feb.1rst is my prediction. 😀

This is probably more of an issue for ice fishing in MI. Who remembers when there was snowmobile racing all over southern MI? Most restricted to the UP, and Canada, anymore.
