After work yesterday I took my daughter to Brighton to retrieve her car.... The power went out and I could'nt get gas..... Ran out at 94 and North River rd,,,, Macomb Daily showed up, took our story, and took a pic of my ugly mug!!!!! Our friend just called and said I was on page 2 of todays paper!!!!

Make sure you gas up for the ride to hubbard. Gas stations in the Flint area near 75 have been busy, supposedly due to people driving north to get gas.

Out of my office window I have been watching a steady stream of traffic coming from west bound 96 and backing up the gas stations on Okemos & Jolly roads in Okemos. Looks like people in the affected areas are driving all the up here for gas, water & ice.
