Explore the Detroit River Shoreline

at Humbug Marsh

Refreshments will be served and a short ceremony will take place to celebrate the new wildlife observation deck at Humbug Marsh and release of the bird driving tour map

Speakers will include: Congressman John Conyers, Congressman John Dingell, John Schaust of Wild Birds Unlimited, Nita Fuller, Chief of Refuges for Region 3 of U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service

Location: Humbug Marsh is located in the cities of Trenton and Gibraltar off of Jefferson Ave. 1 mile south at Van Horn; park on the east side of Jefferson Ave. across from Knights of Columbus. It will be a ½ mile walk to the river frontage, dress accordingly for the weather and expect mud.
