What can be expected for wednesday? Havn't hunted in a couple weeks, just wondering whats going on out there.

All depends on where you are at. Saw 31 deer on Sunday, all does and fawns, my buddy and I lowered the herd by 2, but it needs some more. With the weather warming, they should be moving. Good luck, and it ain't over, yet.

Deer have been moving a ton. Saw 9 in less than a half hour (2 bucks) the other day. Saw three deer yesterday in 3 hours, 2 bucks, one with horns and one without.

I live in the UP however, so not sure about yourself, could be quite different, but they're slamming bait up here.

Freezing cold weather. Deer are in groups,moving too and from food sources. I have only seen active deer in early morning and late evening. Dawn/dusk type situation almost like early archery season. At least the high traffic areas are easy to locate due to all the snow. I am just going to find a good trail this weekend and hike the summit viper right up next to it and try to stay warm.
