I was hoping to launch at JBM yesterday afternoon. I drove by there on the way home (without the boat) for a "look-see" only to find 60' of 2' thick diesel covered weeds. All the trailers needed a shave...LOL

Needless to say all this east wind blew in the weeds. I take it Crocker is the same way????

Sure don't feel like spending 2 hours scrubbing scum for a couple of hours fishing

I went out saturday and monday it was ugly. Saturday they were using pitch forks to clean the mess up at Crocker. It's that time of year. Monday it wasn't so bad, but you could not troll the west side of the lake the floating weeds were to thick and me with a new kicker motor and trying to figure things out. Ran over to Middle channel and it seemed to clean up but by then to many boats to troll. Just trying to get ahead of the game for next year. Hope the perch start schooling up soon.

Thanks

Looks like Harley is the way to go until we get some off-shore winds.
