Couldn’t agree more well said acceptability is most definitely subjective.What is acceptable is the exact same on any body of water that is open to the public. If you are not physically touching another person, you are legally allowed to fish there. Though I agree that it is a jerk move to be right on top of someone, acceptability is subjective....
