I am new to spearing, and have found a few lakes, but I would like to expand a little bit. 2 that I go to are private , so I go with a buddy. I am retired he is not, so that is when I get to go to these lakes, 2 other lakes, I gave up on, far to stained, and were not last year, so am looking for more area. suggestions, or pms welcomed. I know thee is a contest, on but,,,

That's what I recall as well. no spearing because of the Tiger musky population.

no gas motors either. I'm guessing an auger is ok?

Spearing Heron is legal. Ban was lifted 3 years ago.

Thanks I haven't fished it for like 13 years. back then it was pretty good for pans.
