Flattened palms in the background look like pickles that are deprived of water or something like that.
Not sure them ones is weeds...
The others might be some kind of elongated sand burrs?

It's been so dry, I planted a screen on June 20th that should get about 10 feet tall, and it's currently about 6 inches tall. By hunting season, the screen should be tall enough to prevent raccoons and possums from seeing into my food plot.

What would racoons and possums be doing around there?
(Unless carrying a lunch and canteen.)

The screen has grown so little due to the drought, the only critters that would be prevented from seeing in there would be short critters. Just joking around.

Likewise , I was doing the same.

But I'm being serious now.
Is there really that big a high dollar market for ground squirrel habitat?
:ROFLMAO:
