Each year at this time my mother inlaw take our large family to some cabins there for the weekend. each year all i do is fish. I ususaly catch some bass and pike. I only fish at the weedy thiner end, but this year want to try bigger end. here is some questions:
1. how is the fishin right now?
2. last year you could keep any size pike. Is that the same this year?
3. Where should i go on the Bigger end?
4. Where should i go on the narrow end. (looking for bigger pike and bass)
5. There used to be Tiger Musky there. Does anyone know if there still is?
6. IF so where is the best chance for one.
7. Kingfisher any help?

Will be leaving friday after work so any help would be great. Catch some hogs, release them all. TIM

There is a sandbar that crosses the lake down on the big end. The D.N.R. told me that guys troll the edge of that bar for the Tigers. If there are any left there could not be many.I fished it three yrs ago and struck out. just caught some little walleyes for the frying pan. There is a lake waiting for a bunch of muskies planted eh? how about ten thousand over a 5 yr span. that would make hamlin a great fishery for all species. Kingfisher
