Well I think I may have figured some of this out so I resized the picture and uploaded it to the gallery but here it is also. I really need to replace that style of net however. Does anyone know of a person who replaces nets. I need to keep the frame as it was a gift from my daughter.
I bought a handmade net and frame in Colorado at Angler's Covey in
Colorado Springs. When I bought , they had just a little shop on the edge of Manitou Springs. I checked the web, they have really grown...anyway, these guys are very helpful. Give them a call; they may be able to hook you up with a local artisan to do a new net on your frame over the winter.
Second option would be to check out the classifieds in mags like American Angler, Fly tyer and others. They usually have people who do specialty things for fly fishers.
