It has been over 20 years and I getting back into bow hunting this year. I will be getting x-bow and I'm excited

Other than the obvious things like bow, arrows, case, tips, quiver what other things do I need to have?

Would a dozen arrows be enough to start out with? I'm guessing a few might be damaged during practice.

Thanks for any tips.

You'll need a good target for practicing. The Rhinoblock for broadheads and a Spiderweb for field points. You can find cheaper targets but not better ones.

Also, don't buy too many arrows until you find some that your crossbow likes. Then get a bunch of them. With crossbows you do not shoot at the same spot twice, Robinhooding arrows is quite common, and expensive!
