GIBRALTAR DUCK HUNTERS ASSOCIATION
FOURTH ANNUAL WALLEYE TOURNAMENT
August 4th, 2007

Fishing Begins at 6:00 AM and ends at 1:00 PM with a tournament weigh-in at 1:00pm at the Lake Erie Metro Park Boat Launch. There will also be a Tournament fish fry at the Gibraltar Community Center following the weigh-in.

Entry Requirements:
A. You must have a valid fishing license for the tournament waters you intend to fish.
B. Any person 10 to 16 years old can fish in the tournament for free, but they must be teamed with a parent or legal guardian

Entry Fees:
A. Entry Fee: $ 35.00 per angler (this includes a tournament t-shirt)

B: All entry fees may be paid at the following locations
GDHA P.O. Box 346, Rockwood, MI 48173
&
Bottom Line Bait and Tackle 32660 W. Jefferson, Rockwood

C. Entry fees are only refundable with at least a 72-hour notice to the tournament directors.

Weigh-In:
A. Weigh-In scales will be closed at a 1:00pm. Any team or person late to the determined time will be disqualified from the tournament.
B. Each team will be permitted to weigh-in five (5) walleye.
C. All fish do not have to be alive. All fish must have been caught during the tournament fishing hours.
D: Cash Prizes will be awarded for first and second place teams and Big Fish in the categories of Walleye and Perch. These prizes will be awarded at the after tournament fish fry. The number of angler entries will determine prize amounts.

So this is for 4 anglers per boat?.....Is it Ohio and Michigan water? Or Cunuck waters?......Thanks.....sounds like a good time....Mack

You can have as many people per boat as you wish, but each team can only weigh in five walleyes.


The tourney is open for MI, OH and Canadian waters but you obviously have to follow the fishing rules for whichever state or province you are fishing in.

It has been brought to my attention that the age for youngsters who want to participate is incorrect.

Any youngster 16 and under who wants to fish in the tourney can do so for free, but they must have an adult paid entrant in the tourney fishing with them.
