Thanks for the reply, I am pretty new to the site and I was reading all of the old posts and am very interested in furled leaders. I use maxima ultragreen and tie my own leaders now, but I think my worst casting problem is not being able to control the exact placement of my fly due to leader roll-out. I will definitely be looking into them.
I will also be checking all of my rods for the correct line using the method you described in an earlier post. I am in the market to get some new lines for a couple of my rods and I can't wait to see exactly what I SHOULD be getting.
I would also like to see some more hypothetical fishing scenarios. I will think of one in the near future and post but if anyone else has one lets hear it.
