Fresh mallard, wood duck and teal wrapped in bacon with a little pepper jack inside
Well deserved. I use thick cut bacon, and a 1/4 of a breast, with cream cheese and put a couple jalapeno slices in there and wrap it up. I made 40 of them for New Years last year for 20 people (hoping for leftovers)...not a single one left. Just have to be careful with 40 of them on the grill...bacon grease seems to catch fire pretty easily.

And because my opening weekend sucked, I'm going to drink a few beers and wallow in my sadness.
