So I recently got a soil sample done on my food plot. They gave me the amount of lime requirements and fertilizer requirements, but I'm still a little lost. The lime I understand, but the amount and way to fertilize is my question.

It says that I need 1000 lbs per acre of 6-12-12. I understand what the 6-12-12 means, but do not understand the exact amount I need. I have an atv spreader and 275 gallon caged water tank.

My question is what do I do now.

Thanks!

You need 1000 lbs. of that designated fertilizer mix per acre. That will result in a total of 60 lbs. per acre of N, and 120 lbs. per acre of P and K.
