The picture of the sculls and horns is enough to create anger.

Three charged with felony sales of bighorn sheep skulls

Three men, including two from Challis, have been charged with multiple felony counts of the unlawful sale of wildlife (bighorn sheep skulls with horns attached).
Idaho Fish and Game Conservation Officer Chris Wright told the Messenger that Daniel E. Woodbridge of Challis and Marlen J. Mitchell of Horseshoe Bend were arrested February 28 after they attempted to sell the skulls to an undercover conservation officer in Challis.
A criminal summons and complaint were served March 1 on Michael D. Sheppeard of Challis in connection with the same undercover sting operation.
A total of nine bighorn sheep skulls were confiscated, Wright said, and nine Fish and Game officers were involved in the investigation and arrests.
