Fellow Ice Fishers, I will be take a few kids from the church on a perch ice fishing weekend and would like then to catch a perch or two. What would you say is your best setup for perch ice fishing? Will be mostly in portable shanties if the weather is cold so rod length, tip action, etc. would be helpful. Thanks for all your support.

probably to late too help... but nothing beats a plain gold hook a minnow with a bobber for the new=bies .,.. good luck...
