Don't know who it was that suggested faucet washers for motion stakes for my garage sale Flambeau Enticers but they turned out great.

Used 18" wire pieces from political signs (after the 8-5 primary there was an ample supply abandoned at each intersection), painted those orange to look like feet and be able to find them. Put the washers 3/4" from the ends - both ends rounded over. Cut the feet off the decoys, hung the decoys on a string to find the balance point, drilled a 1/4" hole in the back and a 1.5" hole in the belly. They just bob in the breeze. The 1.5" hole limits the motion so they can't go nuts in heavy wind.

Bonus now they fit in my slotted decoy bags.

Thanks again.
