Energizer Ultimate Lithiums vs. Energizer rechargables..?

I bought a Browning Dark Ops camera...it is working well except the temperature readout seems to be about 30 to 40 degrees colder than actual temperature. The support guy starts running thru a script..even suggested that 6 feet up on a fence post is wrong..3.5 feet is better (yeesh), finally gets to powering the camera..I tell him I'm running Energizer rechargables..."Oh No, gotta go get the Energizer Ultimate Lithiums"...different voltage 1.25 vs. 1.5 or some such. Can anybody corroborate the battery voltage is the culprit here?
PS, Energizer Rechargables can run my Bushnell cam virtually all year. I have great faith in them.

The rechargable batteries have to low of a resting voltage to operate any of my cameras reliably. I use alkaline in the summer and lithium in the winter. It is entirely possible that low voltage to the temp sensor is causing a bad reading.

I have had problems running Lithium's in my Bushnell's so I only run them with alkaline and all my Reconyx get the Lithium's they last a long time!!

I run Lith almost exclusively without issue. I've never run rechargables.

Ive been running Rayovac 2400 ah rechargeables this season for the first time in a new Browning hd pro cam, and they have worked perfectly since mid September. Over 20000 pics taken without having to recharge them yet. Always had great results with lithiums too though, but so-far Im pretty impressed with these.
