Had plans to go deep today, but the wind had too much chop for my crew. Youngest was chumming, so we stayed in closer and fished 12 foot in front of the Saganing bar. No fish, way too many weeds. Couldn't keep them off our lines. Talked to many who came in skunked today.

Anyone got any tips for fishing shallow?

I was running inline 1 ounce weights 20 foot back off Church's boards.
